MLive’s Kyle Meinke believes after Saturday’s performance, you should buy into Marvin Jones Jr. being a huge part of the offense this year.

Speaking of Lions receivers, Golden Tate offered his congratulations to Anquan Boldin after Boldin announced his retirement on Sunday:

Boldin was apparently driven to retirement, not by his disappointment with the Buffalo Bills, but rather to pursue humanitarian work:

Another former Lions player is focusing on humanitarian efforts. Joique Bell gave a “significant” donation to a church in Jackson, Michigan.
