Hall of Fame Game open thread: Dallas Cowboys vs. Arizona Cardinals

Come join us and watch football again!

NFL: Pro Football Hall of Fame Game-Arizona Cardinals vs Dallas Cowboys Charles LeClaire-USA TODAY Sports

The NFL is back, and football is here. Starting tonight, there will be football on every Thursday until late December. We made it, everyone. Now give yourself a pat on the back.

It all kicks off with the 2017 Hall of Fame game in Canton, Ohio. The Dallas Cowboys will take on the Arizona Cardinals.

I know what you’re thinking. “Why the heck would I watch this meaningless preseason game, when we know the starters are barely going to play?”

Point taken. But there are some interesting things to keep an eye on. Remember 2016 first-round draft pick Robert Nkemdiche, who barely played in his rookie year? We’ll probably see plenty of him. A lot of Detroit Lions fans wanted Haason Reddick to somehow fall to the Lions in the draft. Guess what? He’s a Cardinal now.

On the Cowboys side, Wolverines fans could be treated to a healthy dose of Taco Charlton tonight (Jourdan Lewis did not make the trip with the team). Or maybe you just want a heavy case of Schadenfreude watching Kellen Moore attempt to throw the ball.

But you shouldn’t need any of those reasons to watch and join us tonight. You get to watch football with your Pride of Detroit family again.

Enjoy the game and comment below.
