The final preseason game is here, which means the regular season is right around the corner. The Detroit Lions face off against the Buffalo Bills to close out the preseason, as they have for the past 15 years.
The Bills are a meaningless 0-3 in the preseason, but the outlook on the season looks poor for them. Just in the past month, they’ve traded away former second-round pick Reggie Ragland, former first-round pick Sammy Watkins and lost Anquan Boldin to retirement. To make matters worse, their top two quarterbacks, Tyrod Taylor and T.J. Yates, both suffered concussion last week against the Ravens. Both remain in concussion protocol as of Wednesday.
The Detroit Lions aren’t going through quite as much of a transformation crisis. Thursday will represent the final opportunity for several camp battles to be settled. Jobs like kick and punt returner, rotational defensive end, backup safety, fourth and fifth wide receiver all remain wide open, making this game against the Bills extremely important for several bubble players.
So to get you ready for Thursday night’s game, here is all of the broadcasting information you need.
