WATCH: Lions-Giants Week 2 matchup on Madden NFL 18

Once again, we’re back with another Madden simulation to keep your appetite for American, professional football satisfied on a Saturday morning. We here at Pride of Detroit aim to please, so we hope this week’s simulation goes better than last week’s disaster against the Cardinals—that ended up being good karma and fortune for the real Lions, I’m sure.

This week, the Lions take on the Giants on Monday Night Football, but you’re going to get your first taste of action here, courtesy of our Twitch channel. The Giants’ offense is led by a 79 overall Eli Manning, which is probably the lowest he’s been rated since Madden NFL 06, his rookie season. New York’s defense, however, is loaded with players boasting high overalls including: Landon Collins (92), Damon “Snacks” Harrison (89), Janoris Jenkins (89), Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie (88), and Jason Pierre-Paul (88). In other words, the virtual Lions’ offense faces a tough challenge in this week’s simulation.
