It’s been an exhausting day. Between team statements, NFL protests and another controversial ending to add to the list of Detroit Lions woes, I’m ready for a nap.
But for some of you football addicts the night is not over yet. There is one more game to be played on Sunday night and it may actually be a good one, too.
The 2-0 Oakland Raiders face off against a Washington team that is 1-1, but could contend for a spot in the NFC playoffs.
Heading the matchup are two quarterbacks that are considered amongst the next generation of great passer: Derek Carr and Kirk Cousins. Carr just got paid this offseason, while Cousins is looking to let his play do the talking before cashing in next season.
