Lions notes: Jamal Agnew, Jarrad Davis named to rookie All-Pro teams

A few Lions rookies are already getting some postseason honors.

  • Several publications are starting to come out with their All-Pro teams for 2017. While the “official” AP All-Pro teams have yet to be released, respected site Pro Football Journal named both their All-Pro and rookie All-Pro teams. The Detroit Lions had a few players named to the teams:

  • Pro Football Focus also released their All-Pro teams. Only kicker Matt Prater made their first team, but safety Glover Quin was named second-team All Pro behind Vikings safety Harrison Smith and Bears safety Adrian Amos. Surprisingly, Jamal Agnew did not make the first or second team as the kick/punt returner.

  • The Lions’ amazing two-point conversion attempt was a thing of beauty on its own, but the celebration from Golden Tate and Matthew Stafford afterwards may have been even better:
