‘Sunday Night Football’ open thread: Chiefs at Patriots

An AFC showdown is on the docket this week. Don’t miss it!

It has been a mixed bag for the AFC in Week 6. Two of the perceived top teams in the conference took bad losses. The Bengals lost a heartbreaker to their rival Steelers. The Jaguars, on the other hand, got themselves an ass-whooping at the hands of Ezekiel Elliott and the Dallas Cowboys.

That being said, the Dolphins and Chargers both had impressive wins and could threaten to top the conference if things fall their way over the next couple weeks.

But those teams are going to have to deal with the two teams playing tonight. The Chiefs (5-0) and the Patriots (3-2) are widely considered two of the best teams in the conference, and their talents will be on display on “Sunday Night Football” this week.

Since the afternoon games were pretty much a dud, watch what should be a pretty solid game between two hungry teams.
