Monday Fortnite Football: Detroit Lions Q&A stream

Time for a little bit of fun.

We’re at a point in the regular season when it’s not all that much fun being a Detroit Lions fan. The team is very clearly bad, and the past three games have just been a complete chore to watch.

So we here at Pride of Detroit are going to try and offer something a little more entertaining to watch. If you listen to the PODcast or follow us on Twitter, you probably know that a handful of us are fans of the popular video game Fortnite. Well, a few weeks ago, we teamed up with video game streamer Jonathan Blevins—brother of famous stream Tyler “Ninja” Blevins—to play Fortnite and talk Lions football every Monday night.

For most of the season now, Jonathan, myself and Alex Reno have been streaming together for an hour or two to just play some video game and talk a little Lions football. This week, we wanted to invite y’all to watch and ask questions live.

We’ll be playing some warmup games early in the night, but things will really get cooling when we join up with Jon around 10 p.m. ET. You can either watch on Jonathan’s Twitch stream or Alex’s. If you have a Twitch account, you can send questions to us via either chat and we’ll try to answer them while getting a win.

You’ll quickly find out which of us are actually good at the video game, and who among us are here just for the Lions talk (hint: me).

Below we’ll embed a live stream of the game, so if you don’t want to ask any questions, you don’t even have to leave this page to watch. And if you’re feeling supportive of our content, feel free to follow and subscribe to either (or both) Twitch accounts.

And feel free to let us know what you think about these streams. We’re likely going to continue to do them every week, and we’d love to know your opinion on them!
