The Lions are the only team that hasn't figured out how to win with a franchise QB

Since Matthew Stafford became the full time starter in 2011 ( I didn't count his injury years), 11 teams have had the same starting QB. The Lions are the only one on the list without a division or playoff win. I didn't intend this to be a Stafford bashing post, he's as good or better than half the QBs on this list. This is meant to show how dysfunctional this organization is as a whole. The Lions are the only team that hasn't figured out how to win with a franchise QB. Some of that is on Stafford, but most of the problems start over his head.

New England Patriots (Tom Brady) - 7 division wins, 13 playoff wins, 2 Super Bowl wins

Pittsburgh Steelers (Ben Roethlisberger) - 3 division wins, 3 playoff wins

Baltimore Ravens (Joe Flacco) - 2 division wins, 6 playoff wins, 1 Super Bowl win

Cincinnati Bengals (Andy Dalton) - 2 division wins

San Diego Chargers (Philip Rivers) - 1 playoff win

New York Giants (Eli Manning) - 1 division win, 4 playoff wins, 1 Super Bowl win

Detroit Lions (Matthew Stafford)

Green Bay Packers (Aaron Rodgers) - 5 division wins, 5 playoff wins

New Orleans Saints (Drew Brees) - 2 division wins, 3 playoff wins

Carolina Panthers (Cam Newton) - 3 division wins, 3 playoff wins

Atlanta Falcons (Matt Ryan) - 2 division wins, 4 playoff wins

Bonus, if you only go back to 2012 then Seattle and Indianapolis are added to the list, both with multiple division wins and playoff wins
