“It’s never a bad week of football when the Packers lose,” so the saying goes. Or at least that’s how the saying I just made up goes.

It’s Week 11 and the NFL has a chance to finally kick things off right with a pretty decent matchup between the Green Bay Packers and the Seattle Seahawks. The Seahawks have lost two straight after downing the Lions back in Week 8, but remained competitive against both Los Angeles teams in those games. They’re just 4-5 right now, but they’re still very dangerous.

The Packers are coming off a pretty easy win over the flailing Dolphins and now sit at 4-4-1. They’re still comfortably behind the Bears (6-3) and Vikings (5-3-1) in the division standings, but Thursday provides a great opportunity for them to prove they belong in the NFC Playoff hunt.
