NFL Week 11 expert picks: Staff predictions for Detroit Lions vs. Carolina Panthers

Well, that’s a wrap.

The Detroit Lions are no longer the enigma from the first two months of the season. What started out as one of the most unpredictable teams in the entire NFL has become one of the most predictable. Detroit has dropped three straight and each game looked almost identical to the one before it.

As a result, the team has finally broken us. The staff here at Pride of Detroit has lost all faith in the team in 2018, and no one is picking them to win this week... well, except for lonely brave soul, Mike Payton.

Everyone else is taking the 6-3 Carolina Panthers this week, and some are expecting a very ugly game. Not one, not two, but three staffers think the Panthers eclipse 40 points on Sunday, which would be the first time the Lions have allowed that many points since... oh yeah, the season opener. 12 of the 13 staffers who picked Carolina, think they’ll win by at least two scores.
