Back on Thursday, the Detroit Lions and Chicago Bears dueled it out in a matchup between first and last place in the NFC North. I don’t recall what happened, but I’m sure everything is fine.
Anyways, now it’s time for the middle two teams to battle it out. The Minnesota Vikings are reeling after getting punched in the mouth by the Bears last week. The Green Bay Packers are trying to preach R-E-L-A-X despite the fact that they’ve lost three of their last four games.
The last time these two teams met, they hilariously finished in a tie. The chaos-seeker in me hopes more than anything in this world that the two teams tie again on Sunday night, because I’d rather not hear the inevitable overreaction to whichever team comes out on top.
Still, it should be an entertaining game with both franchises desperately seeking a divisional win over the other. This isn’t just for a win, it’s for the tiebreaker between the two teams.
So tune in while Sunday closes with an NFC North showdown.
