Ask POD: This is the end, my friend

Welcome to the second half of the season. You won’t like it here.

NFL: Detroit Lions at Minnesota Vikings Brad Rempel-USA TODAY Sports

The Detroit Lions may be 3-5 and just a couple games out of first place in the division, but you’d be hard pressed to find a single fan that believes this team is capable of making up that difference in the final half of the season.

No, it seems like this team is destined for another irrelevant December, which is not exactly what general manager Bob Quinn was hoping for in the inaugural year of his first head coaching hire.

It’s certainly not what we were hoping for, either, but the PODcast rolls along, because we don’t stop. We don’t ever stop. You sack us with 10 bad reviews, we get back up and dare you to sack us an 11th time.

So to help us recap the horrible Vikings game, we need your help. Send us your questions in the comment section below (preferably by 6 p.m. ET Monday night), and we’ll give it our best shot. If you’re not registered on the site to leave a comment, first off: Why? Secondly, you can send us your questions on Twitter using the hashtag #AskPOD.

Let’s hear it!
