A few weeks ago, Detroit Lions receiver Marvin Jones Jr. got an amazing-looking tribal tattoo done. As he told DetroitLions.com, the tattoo was a celebration of his Native American descendants and an honor to his great grandmother.
On Friday night, it was defensive end Anthony Zettel’s turn to add some ink, and his is just as impressive:
Before you think that Zettel’s tattoo may be a little premature for the former sixth-round draft pick, remember that he spent his college days as a Penn State Nittany Lion.
What’s really interesting about Zettel’s tattoo is that he got it done at the same place that Jones got inked up. Utah’s Frost City Tattoo is owned by celebrity tattoo artist Fred Frost, but Frost also employs Haloti Ngata’s younger brother, Vili. Per DetroitLions.com, Vili is the one who tattooed Jones. It’s unclear if he did Zettel’s work, too.
But Vili isn’t the only tattoo artist in the family. Haloti dabbles, as well.
