I know there are more than a few Detroit Lions fans that are a bit down in the dumps after the team has been fairly inactive during the first week of free agency, but I’m here to tell you that things are okay. In fact, things are much more than okay. Things are the best they’ve ever been for a Detroit Lions fan.
That’s because, according to Google, the Detroit Lions are NFL Champions for the first time since 1957! Don’t believe it? Check it out with your own eyes:

Try it yourself. Google “NFL” right now on a computer and check out that info box on the right column. Do it now, before someone fixes the glitch.
This is likely the result of someone messing with the NFL’s Wikipedia page, though the NFL’s current Wikipedia page does correctly recognize the Eagles as the current champions.
So, maybe there’s a glitch in Google that shows you the internet exactly one year into the future. Hey, we can dream, can’t we?
