Now that the Detroit Lions have actually started filling some of their more pressing needs in free agency, the noise has quieted a bit. The signings of tight end Luke Willson and defensive tackle Sylvester Williams has done quite a lot to assuage the doubts about general manager Bob Quinn and head coach Matt Patricia.

With limited amount of cap space left for the Lions, we’ve likely hit a news wall. Detroit isn’t expected to do much more in free agency, which means this is a good time to sit back and reflect on the progress (?) the team has made since the league year started last week.

What better way to do that than with a PODcast mailbag?

In the comment section below—or via Twitter using the hashtag #AskPOD—give us your best original questions. Keep in mind that during the first three segments of the podcast, we’ll be talking a LOT about free agency. In other words, questions like, “What do you think Sylvester Williams’ role will be in 2018?” are going to be answered thoroughly already.

Of course, one of our favorite things to do in our mailbag is answer some off-the-wall, non-football questions. We have takes about everything: TV, movies, food, hypothetical fights between people and animals, 90s sitcom themes. So hit us with anything you’d like to hear us talk about, and chances are we’ll indulge you. After all, we’re here for you: The fans.

And while you’re thinking of the next best question, why not subscribe to the PODcast on iTunes, Stitcher or Spreaker?
