Lions notes: Detroit’s offense took 4th-longest to snap the ball in 2017

The Lions went no-huddle more than any other team, but took the 4th longest to actually snap the ball.

  • The Detroit Lions went no-huddle more than any other team in 2017, according to NFLSavant.com. However, that doesn’t mean the Lions snapped the ball very quickly. In fact, they took the fourth longest of any NFL team to snap the ball once the play clock started.
