- We’ve officially reached the list portion of the offseason. Expect positional rankings to flood the market in the next month or two. Bleacher Report’s Zach Kruse kicks things off with his NFL team rankings of quarterback situations. Kruse ranks the Detroit Lions eighth in the NFL, calling Matthew Stafford “safely into the top 10 quarterbacks in the league”
- Check out highlights from the Lions’ third OTA practice, which include couple of Stafford dimes:

- Golden Tate spoke a little more about his potential contract extension. He said he doesn’t know what to expect from a new contract, but admits what he’s done in the past doesn’t matter, “unless I come back this year and have a great year.” His focus remains on getting better this season.
- A small protest outside of Ford Field has emerged by an activist group called “National Action Network” in response to the league’s new national anthem policy.
- LeGarrette Blount met with the media after practice and answered questions on what makes him a good goal-line back, his first impressions of Kerryon Johnson and running with a fullback.
- Too early for a 2018 Detroit Lions hype video? Nah:
