Ask POD: Real football practices are here!

The PODcast takes on OTAs this week, but we need your questions to help round it out.

We’ve waited a long time just to get a glimpse of what the Detroit Lions may look like under new head coach Matt Patricia, and this week we finally got it... sort of. The Lions opened up OTAs this week, and although we mostly had to scour through photos and highlights, we did get a small taste on Thursday when the media was invited to watch the third OTA practice in full.

And because we’re ravenous animals at this point in the offseason, we’re going to pick apart this week’s happenings on the PODcast. We’ll throw caution into the wind and over-analyze every bit of news with reckless abandon. Is it way too early to draw any conclusions based literally on one practice? Absolutely. But just try and stop us from doing it.

Of course, even one practice isn’t likely enough to carry an entire podcast, so we need help from you. We have our weekly mailbag, and it’s currently empty. It is your civic duty to fill that mailbag with questions, whether they’re about the Lions or the new Netflix true crime documentary or a debate you’re having between you and your friends. Let us cure the burden of pressing questions with undeniably correct answers.

Send your questions to us in the comment section below or via Twitter with the hashtag #AskPOD. And if you haven’t already, make sure you subscribe to the PODcast here on iTunes and give us a rating and review. We read ALL reviews verbatim.
