The third episode of our newest Detroit Lions YouTube series.

Like your old statuses that pop up on Facebook memories, the Detroit Lions game on Monday night was hard to look at.

The New York Jets pounded the Lions at Ford Field in the national spotlight in a doozy of a season opener this past Monday. Final score: 48-17.

And the Lions are not alone in losing.

When your favorite team loses, it can be hard to manage. You may turn to raising your voice, quarreling with a pal or consuming high-fat foods. But there is a way.

For the games your team inevitably loses, I’ve created this handy video to help you cope with disappointment.
