Once again, Football Sunday begins without the Detroit Lions. Last week, the Lions played on Monday night, this week they’ll be in the late afternoon slot. Next week, too, we’re left without morning Lions football, as they’ll be the nightcap game against the New England Patriots.

So for now, let’s enjoy some relatively stress-free football in the 1 p.m. ET slot. There are plenty of games to keep an eye on, but most will be tuned into the Green Bay Packers hosting the Minnesota Vikings for a game in which many believe is between the top two contenders in the NFC North.

Aaron Rodgers has been the talk of the week after his unbelievable comeback on Sunday night against the Bears, even after suffering a pretty gruesome-looking injury. He barely practiced all week and is clearly still suffering some pain and mobility. Will he be able to play well enough against a good Vikings defense? Only time will tell.

Here’s this week’s lineup of early games.

Panthers at Falcons - FOX
Chargers at Bills - CBS
Vikings at Packers - FOX
Texans at Titans - CBS
Browns at Saints - FOX
Dolphins at Jets - CBS
Chiefs at Steelers - CBS
Eagles at Buccaneers - FOX
Colts at Washington - CBS
