SNF open thread: Cowboys, Giants square off in early season NFC East matchup

With the Eagles loss to the Buccaneers, the NFC East may be more open for the taking than originally thought.

The Lions game is over, but there’s still more football for your eyes to chew on.

Tonight’s offering of “Sunday Night Football” finds two NFC East teams getting after it in Jerry’s World: The New York Giants and the Dallas Cowboys.

Earlier in the day, both the Philadelphia Eagles and Washington lost in their respective matchups, bringing both teams to 1-1, so the winner of tonight’s game will at least have a share of first place in the division until Week 3. The other, however, will find themselves occupying the cellar.

The storylines are aplenty: Is Dak Prescott actually good? Ezekiel Elliott vs. Saquon Barkley—Round 1. How is Odell Beckham Jr. going to dominate your Twitter feed?

Here are all the details you need to know to watch tonight’s game:

Date: Sunday, September 16, 2018
Time: 8:20 p.m. ET
Location: AT&T Stadium, Arlington, Texas
Announcers: Al Michaels (play-by-play), Cris Collinsworth (analyst), Michele Tafoya (sidelines)
