The Lions’ starting right guard suffered yet another injury early in Week 4.

Just when it seemed like the Detroit Lions offensive line was finally gaining some cohesion and health, the injury bug came and bit T.J. Lang yet again. Early in the first quarter of Sunday’s game against the Dallas Cowboys, Lang suffered an injury after taking a helmet-to-helmet collision with a Dallas defender.

Lang stayed on the field for several minutes and appeared to be in considerable pain as he was helped off the field. He went straight to the locker room, and did not spend any time in the medical tent.

The team later announced that Lang was out for the remainder of the game with a concussion.

Kenny Wiggins replaced Lang on the Lions’ third possession of the game. Wiggins already replaced Lang once this season back in Week 2. Lang missed that game due to a back injury suffered towards the end of the season opener against the New York Jets.
