VIDEO: What the Darrell Bevell hire means for the Detroit Lions

Well, we’ve got good news for you! We’ve fired up a Twitch channel, which is live video streaming where we talk Detroit Lions, chat with Lions fans, and occasionally play some video games, too.

On Thursday night, four of our Pride of Detroit staffers—Alex Reno, Jeremy Reisman, John Whiticar and Chris Perfett—joined in a live chat about the Detroit Lions’ latest coaching hire: offensive coordinator Darrell Bevell.

Jeremy is feeling pretty optimistic. Alex is just glad it’s finally over. John and Chris have their reservations but are withholding their final judgements until we see some results.

We talk about a wide range of topics this week, including how this hire changes the Lions’ offseason plans, who may be on Detroit’s radar now that Bevell is in town, and what kind of schematic changes we can expect.
