The Detroit Lions are riding a two-game losing streak. The Minnesota Vikings are riding a two-game winning streak.
But neither team has yet to notch a division win. The Vikings have already dropped games to the Packers and Bears. A loss on Sunday would mean they’ve been swept by the NFC North before Halloween. That’s a scary outlook for a team that’s actually looking pretty good at 4-2 right now.
The Lions beat loss to the Packers on Monday and now have to face a surging Vikings team on a short week. For the fifth straight game, the Lions are considered underdogs. Detroit, interestingly enough, has beaten the spread in the previous four games, but they’ve only been the outright winner in two of those four.
So what does our staff think about the Lions’ chances this week? Take a look at our Week 7 expert picks.
