It’s a battle of David versus Goliath on Monday Night Football as the New York Jets host the New England Patriots.

The Jets are coming off their first victory of the season, and it came in a close affair against the Dallas Cowboys. Sam Darnold is back in the fold at quarterback, though their offense has struggled this season. Even with the acquisition of Le’Veon Bell in the offseason, the Jets have scored a mere 63 points through five games. The defense has been decent, but they are unlikely to be competitors this season.

The Patriots, meanwhile, are proving themselves as the best team in the league with an utterly absurd defense and a dominant offense. They have allowed just 48 points in six games, and while these wins have come against the Steelers, Dolphins, Jets, Bills, Redskins, and Giants, it should not discount how stellar they have played.
