The Detroit Lions lost two offensive players in the first half of their Week 10 game against the Chicago Bears. Both running back Ty Johnson and tackle Rick Wagner left the game and headed into the locker room in the second quarter.

Johnson was able to walk into the locker room on his own, and according to an official report the rookie is currently being evaluated for a concussion.

The running back had carried the ball five times for 16 yards before having to leave the game with an injury. He has seen an increased role in recent weeks after starting running back Kerryon Johnson was placed on IR.

Wagner had to be carted off of the field after suffering an injury. He is also being evaluated for a concussion according to an official report.

Tyrell Crosby has stepped in at right tackle to replace Wagner.

These injuries compound the Lions already handicapped offense, as quarterback Matthew Stafford missed the game entirely with a back injury.

UPDATE: Both have been downgraded to OUT. Wagner and Johnson will not return.
