The Detroit Lions will have a couple of players back on a short week. Chief among their players returning this week is defensive end Trey Flowers, who worked his way through concussion protocol and will play against the Chicago Bears.
His presence comes at a good time, as the Bears’ offensive line will be missing at one key piece in right tackle Bobby Massie, who is inactive.
Additionally, safety Tracy Walker will play after returning to practice this week following a knee injury that held him out for a couple games.
Finally, center Frank Ragnow will play and start after missing one game with a concussion.
Unfortunately, it’s not all good news for the Lions. Damon Harrison Sr. will not play on Thursday, as he is dealing with a knee and a new calf injury. He was limited all week but could not get well enough to play against the Chicago Bears.
