For the first time in several weeks, the Detroit Lions’ inactive list is full of players that are actually healthy.
Both linebacker Devon Kennard and running back Bo Scarbrough—who entered the weekend listed as questionable for Sunday—are ACTIVE and should play against the Denver Broncos. Scarbrough, in particular, should be interesting, as he may split the backfield with Kerryon Johnson, who was activated from injured reserve on Saturday. This could be a preview of Detroit’s top two running backs in 2020.
Kennard will play, meaning the Lions will have at least one of their healthy starting linebackers in the lineup. Earlier this month, both Jarrad Davis and Christian Jones were moved to injured reserve. In their place, rookie Jahlani Tavai and Jalen Reeves-Maybin should get some playing time Sunday afternoon.
Also something to keep an eye on: rookie guard Beau Benzschawel is ACTIVE.
Here’s a look at the team’s full inactives for Week 16.
