Detroit Lions Week 17 injury report: Rick Wagner, A’Shawn Robinson remain out

A Christmas injury update from the Lions.

It’s Christmas, and the Detroit Lions are out of playoff contention, so I’m going to keep this brief.

This week, the Lions swapped their schedule around to accommodate the holidays. Players are off Wednesday instead of their typical Tuesday off, meaning Allen Park is basically empty for Christmas.

That being said, because the Lions still have a game on Sunday, they are required to release an injury report Wednesday for the Green Bay Packers game. The team didn’t practice, so the injury report is a best guess of what would have happened if they were actually at the facility Wednesday.

Both A’Shawn Robinson (shoulder) and Rick Wagner (knee) remain out after missing the last two games.

There are two new new additions to the report. Left tackle Taylor Decker has an ankle injury while safety Tavon Wilson has a hamstring injury. Both were listed as limited.

Here’s a look at the full injury report for Wednesday

Wednesday injury report

DT A’Shawn Robinson (shoulder) - No practice
RT Rick Wagner (knee) - No practice
LT Taylor Decker (ankle) - Limited practice
LB Devon Kennard (shoulder) - Limited practice
S Tavon Wilson (hamstring) - Limited practice
DT Damon Harrison Sr. (knee/calf) - Full practice
