Thursday open thread: What is your favorite Lions related gift you’ve ever gotten?

The Detroit Lions certainly didn’t give fans any gifts this year. And after yet another losing season, the Lions definitely deserve nothing but coal this holiday season.

But, if you’re like me, you still love the Lions and enjoy gathering as much clothing, memorabilia, and other Lions-related knick knacks as you can throughout the holidays.

In the past, I’ve gotten everything from a black Ernie Sims jersey (it was 2007) to a Detroit Lions themed checkers set and just about everything in-between.

Now it’s time for you to share.

What is your favorite Lions related gift you’ve ever gotten?

For me, it’s my team autographed football.

My wife somehow scored this for me after the 2014 season. I’m still not 100 percent sure how/where she got it, but it’s by far the best gift I’ve gotten.

It features everyone from Matthew Stafford and Calvin Johnson to Stephen Tulloch and Chris Houston.

The only thing it’s missing is a case to keep it in.
