Detroit Lions vs. Minnesota Vikings Thursday injury report: So much for the defensive line health

The Lions’ defensive line health lasted an entire day.

On Wednesday, we expressed our small excitement that the Detroit Lions’ defensive line may finally enter Week 14 at full health. That excitement lasted an entire 24 hours.

On Thursday’s injury report, two defensive lineman sat out of practice and another was added to the report. Damon Harrison Sr. had his normal veteran day of rest, but he is also returning from a calf and knee injury that held him out of last week’s game. Da’Shawn Hand was downgraded from limited on Wednesday to out on Thursday. Hand has just played in three games this year and has had a nagging ankle injury for weeks.

Finally, rookie defensive end Austin Bryant was added to the injury report with a hip injury. Bryant was taken off the injured reserve list a couple weeks ago and saw his first NFL action against Washington. He did not play last week.

Here’s a look at the full injury report for Thursday.
