Super Bowl commercials are very hit or miss these days. You can only post so many baby or animal talking videos. It gets old after a while.
However, the NFL may have cracked the code right before the halftime show on Sunday night. Celebrating the 100th year of the NFL, the league aired a commercial featuring some of the greatest athletes to ever play the game. The best part of the commercial was that they pretty much featured every athlete doing the thing they did the best in the NFL.
And you can’t have an NFL All-Star commercial without former Detroit Lions running back Barry Sanders. Sanders makes an appearance in the commercial, and he jukes a dude in a way that will trigger some deep nostalgia for his moments in Honolulu Blue.

Who knows if that’s actually Barry Sanders with the spin move and the stop cut, but man does it feel good watching “him” do it.
Given that the actual Super Bowl has been devoid of any big plays, this commercial did a great job of bringing some excitement to the night. I could just watch this ad for the next two hours, honestly.
