NFL: Super Bowl LIII-New England Patriots vs Los Angeles Rams Robert Deutsch-USA TODAY Sports

The New England Patriots are Super Bowl champions and we are all just living in Tom Brady’s world. There’s nothing we can do about it except just enjoy the new hit “Starboy” by The Weeknd featuring Daft Punk.

Whoops, just copy and pasted that from 2017.

Well, we’re stuck in NFL purgatory, in which the Detroit Lions are always bad and the Patriots are always good. Every moment between now and next February is just waiting to live it all over again. Groundhog Day may have been a couple days ago, but as long as Bill Belichick is coaching in New England, every day is Groundhog Day. And we’re all stepping in a giant puddle, hoping—but failing—to avoid our confrontation with Ned “Brady” Ryerson.

To help kill time between futile efforts to change what is foretold, it’s time for another PODcast! This week, we’ll be talking about the boring (?) Super Bowl and some more shakeups with the Lions coaching staff. As always, we need questions from you. So in the comment section below or via twitter with the hashtag #AskPOD, send us your questions about anything your little heart desires—even if it has nothing to do with football at all.

If you’re not down on the PODcast, now’s a good time to join in. Here’s how you can listen:
