NOTHING TO SEE HERE, MOVE ALONG. EVERYTHING IS FINE.
Okay, so that wasn’t fun. The Detroit Lions got steamrolled by the New England Patriots in a game that doesn’t amount to anything, but certainly didn’t leave fans at Ford Field and at home leaving warm and fuzzy about the team.
But we have to talk about it. As much as we’d love to plug our ears and wail “LA LA LA LA LA,” while someone tries to show you the box score or give you injury updates, Thursday night happened and we can’t erase it.
So on the PODcast this week, we’ll address just how bad the game was and what it means for the team’s prospects going forward. How will Jermaine Kearse’s injury affect the wide receiver position battle? How much should we be panicking about the offensive line and backup quarterback situation?
We’ll answer a bunch of those questions this weekend, but it’s time for you to give us more. In the comment section below or via twitter using the hashtag #AskPOD, send us your questions about the Lions or anything else that meets your fancy.
