Get to know Lomas Brown a little more.

Lomas Brown Lions

We had a very special guest on the Man Coverage podcast this week. Seven-time Pro Bowler, three-time All Pro and Super Bowl-winning offensive tackle Lomas Brown joined us. He revealed what instrument he’s going to play at his Hall of Fame induction (should he ever get in), why he was shocked the Lions drafted him, why the early 90s Lions didn’t win the Super Bowl. Then explains what it was like to lose, then win a Super Bowl in back-to-back seasons to end his NFL career.

The we shifted topics to the current Detroit Lions. Brown talks about what went well against the Jaguars, the Lions’ penalty issues on the offensive line, how the Lions match up with the Falcons and whether or not he think Matt Patricia is long for this world as the Lions coach.

In the lightning round, Brown makes us all proud with his pizza toppings and for the first time in Pride Of Detroit history, we get to ask an NFL player if he thinks quarterback wins are a real thing. Tune in!
