NFL Week 11 picks: Lions vs. Panthers score predictions

A look at our final picks for Detroit vs. Carolina.

NFL: Carolina Panthers at Detroit Lions Tim Fuller-USA TODAY Sports

Much like last week, the Detroit Lions find themselves in a situation where if they want to enter December with any hopes of a playoff berth, they likely have to come out of Sunday with a win. Last week, they were able to eke by with a last-second win over the Washington Football Team despite blowing a 21-point lead.

This week, they’ll have to do so without some of their best players on the roster. Kenny Golladay, D’Andre Swift, Danny Amendola, Trey Flowers, and Da’Shawn Hand won’t play on Sunday against the Carolina Panthers. However, the Panthers are going through some injury issues, as well. Star running back Christian McCaffrey is out. So is starting left tackle Russell Okung, and quarterback Teddy Bridgewater is a game-time decision.

In other words, this is anyone’s game. And by looking at our staff picks for Lions vs. Panthers, you can see that there isn’t any consensus among us. Of our 13 staffers, eight have the Lions winning, while five have the Panthers coming out victorious. Here’s a look at our picks for Week 11.
