Happy Thanksgiving!

It’s hard for me to believe, but we’ve made it to Thanksgiving here in the United States. Like most years, the Detroit Lions don’t have very much to be thankful for this year. They’re headed for for yet another rebuild after three ugly seasons under Matt Patricia.

But that doesn’t mean we can’t be thankful.

2020 has been an absolutely crazy year. Pandemics, elections, natural disasters. We’ve nearly seen it all. But amongst all that craziness, there is still plenty we can all be thankful for.

So, today’s Question of the Day is:

What are you thankful for this Thanksgiving?

My answer: Family (and health)

Time has moved in an odd way this year. I think some of it is due to the pandemic. But one of the cool things about being able to work from home this year has been being able to see my wife and kids more.

I no longer had to spend nine hours a day on the road and at the office. So I’m definitely thankful for the extra time with my family. I’d also be remiss if I didn’t mention health. It’s something I don’t take for granted and I’ve been even more reminded of that this year.

I know everyone has something to be thankful for, so now it’s your turn. Feel free to chat in the comment section about the holiday or anything that you plan on doing during this long weekend.

Happy Thanksgiving!
