The Lions are riding a bit of a high this week after narrowly beating the Chicago Bears in the final minutes of their Week 13 matchup.
The team played for each other and it showed as they rallied around new interim head coach Darrell Bevell.
The problem for the Lions this week is they won’t be facing Mitchell Trubisky. They’ve got Aaron Rodgers. And he might just be playing the best football of his career. So that brings me to today’s question of the day:
Will the Lions beat the Packers this week?
My answer: Nope.
As inspired as the team played last Sunday, they’re just too outmatched against the Packers. The Lions struggled to stop the Packers offense early in the year and that was before a whole slew of players were lost to injury.
This is going to be a classic shootout game where Matthew Stafford is going to need a career day to keep pace with the Packers offense.
Your turn.
