As the playoff race in the NFL heats up, so does its schedule. Week 14 has the chance to be one of the best weeks of the entire 2020 season. Things kick off with an intriguing matchup with huge playoff implications between the Patriots and Rams on Thursday night, and it only gets better from there.
Sunday features an 11-1 Chiefs team against a rising 8-4 Dolphins squad. The Vikings and Buccaneers will face off in a matchup with huge NFC wild card implications. The Colts and Raiders will do the same in the AFC. Heck, even Cardinals vs. Giants has some huge playoff implications to it.
The NFL really hit it big with their primetime games this week. The Steelers and Bills will face off on “Sunday Night Football” in a matchup between two division leaders. The Steelers have looked vulnerable all season and finally succumbed to their first loss of the season last week. If the Bills can hand them a second one in a row, Buffalo could be eyeing a two-seed.
Then on Monday night the Ravens will take on the Browns in a huge divisional game. The Ravens (7-5) are trying not to fall out of playoff contention, while the Browns (9-3) could be eyeing an AFC North title if the Steelers slip up.
Given how tight these matchups appear to be on paper, there’s not a lot of consensus among picks this week. Here are the only games in which we all have the same winners:
- Seahawks over Jets
- Saints over Eagles
That’s it.
