Detroit Lions vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers first half open thread

I guess we’re doing this.

So... I guess we’re just going to go ahead and play this football game, huh?

The Detroit Lions may be down half of their coaching staff, half of their starting lineup and will be dealing with a franchise quarterback with significant rib cartilage damage, but... sorry, I was hoping I would think of a second half to this sentence while typing the first half. The Lions are in big, big trouble, and with the NFL not giving them a desperately-needed hand, it’s hard to see how Matt Patricia, Darrell Bevell, Robert Prince and company can hang with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Saturday.

But if you’re reading these words, you either have hope, loyalty, curiosity or extreme boredom. Whatever it may, I appreciate you being here and hope you’re having a pleasant holiday experience.

Feel free to chat in the comment section below during the game and as always, Go Lions!
