Detroit Lions wide receiver Quintez Cephus scored his first career NFL touchdown against the Chicago Bears, and did it in impression fashion too. The receiver caught a 49-yard bomb from quarterback Matthew Stafford.

Cephus used his arm to gain separation from the corner downfield, and tracked down and snagged a perfectly thrown pass from Stafford, falling into the endzone for a touchdown.
The receiver was drafted by the Lions in the fifth round on the 2020 NFL draft. He has seen sporadic usage in the Lions offense, often getting more playing time when wide receiver Kenny Golladay is out of the lineup — which is the case this week.
The touchdown cut Chicago’s margin to three points, but the Bears would add a touchdown on their ensuing possession. Chicago holds a 23-13 lead heading into halftime.
Cephus has two catches for 63 yards and a touchdown through the first half.
