Ask POD: Super Mailbag Bowl

It’s Super Bowl weekend, and that means two things: We’re all mourning the 54th-straight Super Bowl without the Detroit Lions, and the end is near. Of course, we’re all excited for “The Big Game” but lurking after the game is a seven-month void of football-less days. In those days, we’ll probably hear another former Lion trash the organization, we’ll endlessly debate if the Lions should trade down from their third overall pick, and we’ll hear unsubstantiated rumor after unsubstantiated rumor about Matthew Stafford’s future with team. If we’re lucky, we’ll also get a camp holdout, too!

In other words, the offseason sucks and it’s just days away at this point.

But rather than sit here pout about it, let’s make the offseason a little less sucky with another mailbag. This week, we’ll be recording the podcast on Monday night (live on our Twitch channel) and we’ll end the show by answering all of your questions.
