NFL Draft results: Detroit Lions trade down in 4th, pick up extra 5th

The Lions decided to trade down from 109th overall.

The Detroit Lions opted out of picking at the top of the fourth round of the 2020 NFL Draft, sliding back 12 spots, while picking up an extra fifth rounder from the Las Vegas Raiders.

The Lions traded away their fifth-round pick on Friday, opting to trade up to get Ohio State guard Jonah Jackson. The Lions now have four remaining picks, including two in the fifth round.

  • Round 2, Pick 3 (35 overall) - Georgia RB D’Andre Swift
  • Round 3, Pick 3 (67 overall) - Notre Dame EDGE Julian Okwara
  • Round 3, Pick 11 (75 overall) - OSU G Jonah Jackson
