I’m hungry, let’s talk food.

I’m hungry, let’s talk food. Football time is the best time, and the best football games are the ones with a hearty spread of food. Whether you’re tailgating, watching at a restaurant, or hosting friends in your living room, the best game day experiences always involve food.

I’m not just talking hot dogs and nachos though. You like having a bag of Haribos during the national anthem? You enjoy sushi during Sunday night football? Heck, are you a quinoa kinda guy? Let’s hear it.

Question of the day: What’s your favorite game day meal?

My answer: It’s definitely not typical, but my go-to is Subway and the largest size of Slurpee.

This past year that’s what was convenient for me on Sundays and somehow it became a habit. If it were a later start time, that usually meant No Thai (for those of you not local to southeast Michigan, I highly recommend putting it on your list when you visit)—and still the largest size of Slurpee.

Football, food, it doesn’t get any better. Let’s hear your favorite.
