Ask POD: We will not go quietly into the night

The preseason is in danger or being shortened or possibly even cancelled completely. The supplemental draft is already dead. Player rosters are likely going to be reduced during training camp. All the while, COVID-19 cases continue to rise across the nation.

Things, honestly, don’t look great right now, but it’s always the darkest before dawn.

There’s still a month until training camp is supposed to open, and there is still a chance we can get this damn virus under control to save some football, and, more importantly, save some lives.

We will not go quietly into the night! We will not vanish without a fight! We’re going to live on! We’re going to survive!
