2020 Detroit Lions roster cuts tracker: Latest news, 53-man roster

Tracking all the latest news and roster moves for the Lions.

By 4 p.m. ET Saturday, the Detroit Lions and the 31 other NFL teams will have to trim their roster down to 53 players. In this unprecedented offseason, it will be tougher than ever. With no preseason to display their talents, some solid players will likely find themselves looking for another job. But with the addition of six extra spots on the practice squad, they may not be unemployed for long.

Cuts tend to happen in a hurry, and it can be dizzying to try and keep track of everything. So to try and keep order of all the news between now and Saturday afternoon, we’ll have this tracker that will update you on who has been cut and where the Lions’ roster stands. This page will update as soon as news hits the public, and we’ll also update the current roster at the bottom of the page.
