Editor’s note: The conference is now over. If you missed it, you can rewatch it in its entirety at the bottom of this article.
The Detroit Lions have their new general manager. Brad Holmes has officially touched down in Detroit, and he’s already been inside Allen Park and settled into his office.
He’s already chatted with the official Lions media, laying out some of the groundwork for his plans with the franchise, but so many more questions remain. What will he do with this roster? How involved was he in the inevitable hiring of Dan Campbell? Does he see his job as a full rebuild or something he can turn around in a matter of an offseason or two? What does he plan on doing with the seventh overall pick?
Luckily, we may get some of those answered later on Tuesday. Holmes’ official introductory press conference finally has a date and time. Around 4 p.m. ET on Tuesday, January 19, Holmes will virtually address the local media, and it will all be live streamed by the Detroit Lions.
In fact, their live stream YouTube link is already up and embedded at the bottom of this article, so you don’t even have to leave here to watch it. (Click here if you don’t see it.)
And while we wait, enjoy this promotional video of Holmes arriving at the team facility in Allen Park:
