The Detroit Lions close out the season with another divisional game against the Minnesota Vikings. With only draft position on the line, you may think the teams would take it easy and play conservatively both in terms of gameplan and lineups. However, that is just not how teams actually operate. The Vikings and the Lions will be trying to win on Sunday, and that couldn’t be more evident on Detroit’s side than the fact that Matthew Stafford is expected to play this week.
So does that change anyone on staff’s mind about the Lions potentially picking up a win in the season finale to put an end to their current three-game skid?
Nope. Everyone on staff is still taking the Vikings to get the series sweep of Detroit, and their seventh in a row over the Lions.... except for Ryan.
