POLL: Will the Lions move from the seventh pick in the first round?

There has already been a slew of trades at the top of round one.

The Detroit Lions are set to pick at seventh overall, but there has already been a lot of movement atop the draft, and rumblings of more to come. Rumors of the Carolina Panthers, Philadelphia Eagles, and the Lions moving up or down have all swirled in recent days.

Question of the day: Will the Lions move from pick seven in the draft or stay put?

My answer: For every year of the Bob Quinn regime, I wished he would have traded down more often to accumulate draft capital. Brad Holmes is a smart guy, and I’m hoping he’ll finally do that. Unless Justin Fields is there at seven, I think the Lions will try their hand at a trade down.

My ideal scenario for draft day is Fields sliding to seven. If that doesn’t happen, however, then a trade down into the teens to grab Jaylen Waddle would probably the next best choice.

Of course, they could always trade up—be it for Fields or someone else. Where do you think they’ll pick at in the first round?
